I went for a scan at 7 weeks and 1 day baby was seen but yolk sac was very tiny should i be worried ?

Probably not: At 7 weeks, seeing the baby and seeing a heartbeat is the biggest thing. Truthfully there isn't much else. If the ultrasonographer and your doc aren't impressed, then i wouldn't worry. If you are concerned, raise the concern, and they can discuss what a normal yolk sac looks like, and what issues you may be worried about.
