Twin ultrasound: In a twin ultrasound, there would be at least two fetal poles (future babies), two yolk sacs, and potentially two gestational sacs (the sac surrounding the baby). Beta HCG is extremely variable in early pregnancy. Typically a low number is more concerning. If there is reason for concern, your OB will continue to monitor by blood test and ultrasound.
