Yes: Limited is a relative term, ideally no more than 5-7 glasses per week, and no more than 1-2 at a time.

Probably yes: Mitral valve prolapse is fairly common. Most people never need anything done for it except take antibiotics before procedures. So assuming no other issues drinking sensibly should be fine.
