Good nutrition, and : Sun screen. I do not know a herb that will do the trick. Having a balanced diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, and whole grains; low in saturated fats; no tobacco in any form; no more than one drink a day. Use sun screen to prevent tanning. Regular vigorous exercise, at least 150 minutes/week, will help in having a glow in your skin.
