Possible: Epididymitis may occur as a complication of urinary infection. It may also be a side effect of penetrative anal intercourse.

Month ago I was diagnosed with (sti)epididymitis, and I took antibiotics. And it's been 4 weeks since I took the antibiotics. But the swelling has moved to both testis. I was asking if my situation has gotten worse and I should see a doctor soon?
Would having a vasectomy in the past prevent a future bacterial std from causing epididymitis, since the tubes connecting are cut, preventing bacteria from reaching the epidimis? Can epididymitis be the only symptom and start 40 days post exposure?
