Myofascial/obscure,,: This, apparently, is a poorly understood syndrome of pain occurring in many points, and consisting of focal point tenderness. It's reproduced on palpation, and the pain can be aching and deep, and range from slight to lightning-like. It may be caused by connective tissue diseases, poor posture, and emotional disturbances. Treatment can vary from relaxation/physical therapy to antidepressants.

Fatigue for 5 yrs with excess sweating, loose stool, muscle aches, elevated blood pressure. Ex smoker. Doctor carried out chest ab, pelvis CT - No sinister pathology or reasons for symptoms. Thyroid checks good. Could this be paraneoplastic syndrome.
