Not really: This depends more on the type of acl reconstruction and your mobility afterwards. Autograft (your own tendon) acls are typically more painful and affect your mobility afterwards. On the other hand, I have patients that are able to function quite well 4-5 days after surgery. Ask your surgeon for a better estimate!
