Yes: More commonly, both eyes are actually dry, but one is just more symptomatic. There are many situations that could potentially make one eye more dry, such as an infection or eye surgery. Regardless of the cause, if one eye is dry, you should be evaluated by an eye md for overall dryness in both eyes.
