Lining to do what?: Can antibiotics for urinary infection cause what to your endometrial lining? Probably best to consult with your ob-gyn or whoever is doing the in-vitro fertilization proceedure, to see if the implantation should be delayed until after the infection is over. The medication may not have any affect on your endometrial lining but a consult is in order.
