You have arteries running in every finger and toe and if you feel for them carefully enough, you can feel their pulse. All arteries pulsate throughout their length but we generally only look for them in areas where they're easy to feel. The most common one is the radial artery on the inside of your wrist below the thumb, but there are many others.
