For the past few days, i have been feeling a pulsing sensation on the right upper side of my head. it is painless, and i can physically feel it when i place my fingers above where i feel it. it isn't consistent either?

You are feeling your temporal artery in your scalp which isn't unusual. However, get your blood pressure checked to make sure it's not elevated ( over 120/80).
