Ice the area: Ice 20 minutes on and 20 off and see if this makes a difference . Try Ibuprofen three times adam as well.

Ice: Elevation of feet, proper support of the feet when standing. If pain persists it would be wise to fist a foot doctor and get an actual diagnosis and definitive treatment. By not knowing what you have, you could be potentially worsening your situation.
