A member asked:

I'm having an average heart rate of 150 to 190 while running, while it peaks to 239 - 244 in certain stretches is something wrong with me .?

Yes: Maximum heart rate for a 41 year old is in the range of 180. 190 with peak exercise is still in the okay range but definitely not 240! you may have a condition called wolf-parkinson-white syndrome. You need an ekg and possibly a stress test to make the diagnosis. You should pursue this because it's potentially dangerous and it's very treatable.
