Stomach, spleen...: While i don't have enough information from your question to give a tentative diagnosis, the organs in the left side of your abdomen towards the top are your stomach and spleen. However, your heart and the lining of the lungs can also seem to hurt from there (referred pain)... Most likely a stomach irritation, but get it checked if it doesn't get better soon.
