Atypical CP: Occasionally diseases involving the cervical spine & nearby nerves can cause the described pattern of pain. Physical exam & MRI +/- nerve test can provide the answer. If pre-test probability for a cardiac source is low and cardiac work-up negative, its time to look elsewhere. The headaches are mild, but if new, unusual, changing, it should be reported asap. Good luck.

Family practice : You said you were checked out 3 times but failed to mention what was done. I would recommend a stress test and if you have risk factors for heart disease , see a cardiologist.

Need more info: What exactly where done for your evaluation within 3 weeks? As stated in earlier posts, cardiac cause is of concern, but if you've had negative blood work, stress test, ekg, xray, then perhaps it maybe something else causing your symptoms. Are your symptoms starting from your head/neck and radiate down to your chest/arm? Or are you having chest/arm pain and occasionally headache?
