Not sure: Panadol is Acetaminophen (like tylenol). Asthma has a strong relationship to Aspirin allergic individuals nut not acetaminophen. There may be a relationship to the flavoring agents in panadol which may be implicated but this must be investigated.

May be a link : There are a couple references that indicate this. And also that of you do indeed have asthma, Acetaminophen may provoke bronchospasm.
