Need more info: Was norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) prescribed to treat chest pain, or for symptoms of asthma? If no, don't take it for those reasons. If the question is rather is notco safe for pain not related to asthma but you just happen to have asthma, then yes. Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) would not be expected to induce an asthma attack in otherwise controlled asthma.
