See below: For eating, plan on 1/2 your food being fruits and veggies (a little more veggies than fruits), the other 1/2 protein and whole grains (more protein than grains), and NO sweet drinks. Ideally 60 minutes of physical activity daily -- can be running, walking biking, yoga, dancing, swim, etc. Avoid TV, computer games, etc.
