Not That I Know Of: A fallopian tube transplant would probably not be very effective, cost-wise or functionally. Presumably you'd want one to achieve pregnancy and that can be done more reliably with ivf (in-vitro fertilization). See an rei specialist for details & careful if you do find someone who will "transplant an artificial fallopian tube". Take care.
