Could be nerve based: It's tough to say, but it might be "neuropathic, " or nerve based pain (such as sciatica). You might want to consult a neurologist or an orthopedist for a full exam.

Likely cause is the : Back. The nerves in the back whorl like an electrical circuit with the "electrical panel" being the nerves in your back. When you feel pain in all of these places, there is likely a problem in the "electrical panel" namely, your back.
