Yes: Surgery can be done to remove floaters...But be careful. Do not have surgery unless you are constantly bothered by your floaters.

No.: You will eventually get used to these floaters and not notice them as much. If you haven't been seen by an ophthalmologist for these floaters you should go and get seen asap.
