No cure for Progeria: Occupational & physical therapy can help with joint stiffness. Meds may be needed such as statins, Lonafarnib (farnesyltransferase inhibitor), nitroglycerin for angina, anticoagulant therapy (TIA's, strokes,or heart attacks) & anticongestive treatments for congestive heart failure. Diet becomes important after puberty. Sometimes cardiac surgery is needed.
