Try an antihistamine: You might have fluid in your ear that is bothersome even though it isn't infected. You could try an over the counter antihistamine such as zyrtec (cetirizine) for about a week, then you might want to see an ENT doctor.

See an ENT Dr: Those symptoms could be from many a problem. First see an ENT dr. If there's no medical problem, see a dentist who treats tmd/mpd problems . He/she will know if they can help.
