Happy? Fever?: Diarrhea can occur from diet or infection most commonly in this age group. Was there a recent change in feedings? Are you nursing? If so, has your diet changed? Have you or others in your family been sick? Watch the baby's urinre output, temperature and general activity. If he gets lethargic, gets fever or doesn't feed well, call your pediatrician.
