Yes: Erectile dysfunction (impotence) has nothing to do w/hiv or hepatitis infection. So ed can occur regardless of infection status.

See below: That is very unfortunate to have all 3 things. Having said that, getting infected with HIV and hepatitis does not cause erectile dysfunction. However, some already with erectile dysfunction can get infected. Also, they can develop erectile dysfunction later.
