Irritable bowel?: Irritible bowel syndromes are common and present with vague GI complaints including cramping, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, etc. Inflammatory bowel disease is a possibility (crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) but usual has more frequent bm's and maybe bleeding. Endometriosis may affect the bowel, but that is actually very uncommon. Get it checked out by your primary doc or gastroenterologist.
