Natural : As the baby grows, its nutritional needs increase. You may not be able to keep up with the baby's caloric demands. Increase fluid and calories to increase your milk supply. Also, the baby is much more efficient at emptying your breasts at this age, so s/he may be plenty satisfied, just getting it done faster. But remember hormones and your usual cycles play a role in milk production as well.
