Sounds fishy : If you truly have a fist sized lump then it's hard to believe that the ultrasound was normal. Did a physician actually come in, examine you and scan themselves or was it only the tech? I frequently see techs missing lesions. The good news is that usually when they miss it, it's because it's a benign lipoma. There are several options from here which are too long for the 400 word limit.
