Neti Pot and Fluid: Fluid in the ears means the eustachian tubes are plugged, and most likely, the nose is stopped up. Try having her blow up a balloon for a few days, hoping to "pop" her ear ears. The fluid sits there due to poorly function eustachian tubes, the openings in the back of the nose to each middle ear space. Unless there are other symptoms, wait ~ 6 weeks to see her doctor again. Most fluid clears in tim.
