Hit on the nose hurt: If you got hit on the nose by your friend's head - ouch!. It is normal to feel pressure on your nose. As long as you didn't lose consciousness and didn't have a nose bleed and you can breathe ok, no further evaluation is needed. If any of these is true, go see your doctor.
