I'm not sure: Generally, it is important to keep your skin from getting too dry. A moisturizing soap is best to use and, after a shower, you should use a good moisturizing product (an emollient). Thick creams like eucerin or cetaphil are better than lotions, and even using heavy ointments like petrolatum or aquaphor at bedtime is often advised. Your doctor can prescribe other drugs (like steroids) if needed.
