UTI or foreskin pain: Most common cause of penile pain is inflammation of foreskin, if uncircumcised. This could probably wait till over week-end & antibiotic ointment could be applied in interim unless very painful or swollen. Could well be UTI if circumcised & better not wait. His pediatrician or a covering doctor should be on call saturday, so give dr's office a call to ask about urine test & antibiotics.
