JME: A specific form of myoclonic epilepsy is seen commonly in juvenile patients and may persist into adulthood. It is very genetic. It is referred to as juvenile myoclonic epilepsy of janz (jme). It is well known and fairly easy to treat in most cases. There are genetic markers available.
