Second opinion: Is a good idea. An MRI can be submitted to http://conciergeradiologist.Com in the next month for reevaluation. One picture is not enough - the whole study will need to be sent, but fortunately that's not hard.

Need more info: In order to tell whether you've had another stroke, you would need to have brain MRIs (and preferably also MRAs) that were taken before and after the suspected additional stroke.
