After age 80: Most people recommend stopping colonoscopy screening after age 80, but it is a decision to be made between the patient and their physician.

Unknown : If patient is old enough to prevent cancer and comorbidities risk do not outweigh benefit than continue into the 80 year old range. If you find it ok for an 85 or 90 year old to get colorectal cancer which is preventable than stop at 80.
