Nothing: There is nothing special for that. Just eat healthy. No ghee. Limit all fats, oils, dairy (including lassi, butter, whole milk). Eat more vegetables & fruit (with very little to no oil). Limit salt. Limit meat intake - the best are fish (not shellfish) & poultry - goat/lamb, beef, pork are fatty. Eat more unsalted, unfried nuts. More beans/legumes (dals). Severely limit sweets & fried food.
