It might....: but not in a good way!! Applying toothpaste to your penis has a high likelihood of causing significant inflammation to the delicate skin. The inflammation would draw red blood cells to the area, but there would be absolutely no effect on erectile function and very likely a sustained and painful skin response. It's a BIG NO! Stay well:)

Ouch: Save the toothpaste for your teeth. Toothpaste is abrasive and the essential oils have been known to cause skin burns. Not a good idea.

Stop immediately: Toothpaste is formulated to use in the mouth, and only in the mouth. Toothpaste can burn skin. So if you don't want to have to be seen in the ER, or in a Dermatologist's office, don't put toothpaste on your penis, or any other exposed area of skin.
