Possibly: Home pregnancy tests become positive at about the time your next expected period was to start. If its negative then, repeat in 1 week. If negative, see your doctor.

Unrelated: Blood type has no relation to the ability to conceive. However, your rh negative status will require antibody testing and an injection during pregnancy called Rhogam to avoid your making antibodies to the baby if the baby is rh + from your husband.
