It depends,, : There are many factors that can cause a lack of a period, like low body weight, stress, lack of appetite, and exercise. Oral contraceptives and other drugs can also cause this. There could also just be something wrong with the testing kit. It would be best to see your Dr. and/or a gynecologist for an exam and to be sure you were/are tested correctly. Best of luck.
