I havent gotten my period in 2 months, but have yet to get a positive pregnancy test result. should i be worried or are the negative results accurate?

It depends,, : There are many factors that can cause a lack of a period, like low body weight, stress, lack of appetite, and exercise. Oral contraceptives and other drugs can also cause this. There could also just be something wrong with the testing kit. It would be best to see your Dr. and/or a gynecologist for an exam and to be sure you were/are tested correctly. Best of luck.

HPT: Pregnancy tests are very accurate - so I would trust the negative results. Your physician or gynecologist can help determine reason for missed periods.
