4 weeks after a concussion, having issues with server headaches, what can i do for the headaches? any otc meds or anything to help reduce the pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Post traumatic: It is common that trauma brings on complex symptoms including headache. Often medications do not help. Good sleep and good health habits are important. Often plain Aspirin with added tylenol (acetaminophen) with some caffeine is effective. Avoid excessive use of medications. Medication to help sleep and treat depression may also help. Discuss these issues with your doctor.
