Don't understand : Are you asking if its true that a pulled muscle can cause pain on th eright side of your body? The answer to that is yes. If you are asking whether you might have a pulled muscle, you can't expect us to know more than someone who has seen, examined you and taken a history.

It did wake me up. Its the right side of my chest & moving my shoulder makes the pain worse. Would you think that this could be a pulled muscle?
