I have been getting left sided chest pain when i move. bearing in mind i have recently suffered costochondritis. could this pain be a pulled muscle?

Chest pains: Regardless, could be only muscle pain. However, pain in your chest with the symptoms you have described is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your PCP or a cardiologist is warranted. You also can go to ER to rule out heart problems. Take care.
