58 y/o F atypical CP: Right sided chest pain in a 58 year-old female may be from a cardiac etiology manifesting as n angina equivalent. As compared to males, females more commonly present with atypical chest pain. While a "pulled muscle", costochondritis, pleurisy, lungs, radiculopathy, GI etiology, etc. Are likely, a cardiac etiology should be considered first and rule out depending on the pretest probability.
