Cut your frenulum: If you have no other symptoms and you and your partner have no risk factors for sexually transmitted diseases...This could be a mild abrasion or cut of the ligament that attaches to the bottom of your tongue from sticking it out and rubbing your bottom front teeth. Mouth rinsing after eating or mouth wash will facilitate healing. If not, see your doctor.

No worry: It is not unusual to have small stones or plugs in the saliva ducts under your tongue or even raised fluid filled bumps that look light in color. The activity of tongue during the oral sex can be excessive causing trama to the muscles, connective tissues, and skin thru pulling, thrusting, and rubbing on lower teeth. The stone popping out or lesions rupturing can be noticeable . They can return.
