Are there legal ramifications to not taking anti-epileptics when you have been diagnosed with epilepsy?

Only if: You have a seizure while driving while in the U.S. Unmediated or poorly control seizure patients are not allowed to drive here. Not sure about bc. I would have to think in thiscase the laws are similar. However by not taking the meds and having continued seizures you run the risk of brain damage.
