Proper treatment: You need to see a doctor to receive proper diagnosis and treatment. Until then, tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin should give pain relief. Do not lay flat-keep your head slightly elevated. On on a heating pad on the affected ear may also give some pain relief.
