Swine flu: You cannot really avoid - you can minimize the risk of getting it. Wash your hands, cover the nose when sneezing, stay away from people who have the flu or flu like symptoms, perhaps consider the flu shot as well.

Swine Flu: Get a Flu Shot. Wash your hands often or use alcohol – based sanitizers. Wash hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Coughing or sneezing into elbow helps to contain germs. Avoid crowds of people.
