Regular swine flu: Stay away from people who are sick to avoid getting swine flu. Get vaccinated. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water- often. Use hand sanitizer when this is not available. Avoid touching your mouth, nose or eyes until your hands have been properly cleaned.
