Swine Flu: Symptoms of swine flu may include: sore throat, cough, headache, fever, chills, musculoskeletal aches & pains, nausea, vomiting & diarrhea.Deaths associated with Swine flu could be associated with pneumonia, respiratory failure, seizures or worsening of pre-existing conditions. 2009 to 2010 Swine Flu (H1N1) pandemic had a case fatality rate of 0.03%.
