Physical therapy: Specialized treatment called pelvic floor physiotherapy has been shown to be helpful in post-prostatectomy incontinence. Kegel technique can be reviewed as well as other techniques to improve continence. It is typical to see continued improvement for 12 to as many as 24 months after surgery. Good luck!
